TERMS OF SERVICE
Validity of Terms and Conditions of Sale for Consumer (Individual Buyer)
The terms and conditions of sale apply to the purchase of goods between a private buyer (hereinafter the Consumer) and the company Viiskanda OÜ (hereinafter the Online Shop) at himmeli.net.
The personal data controller of himmeli.net is Viiskanda OÜ (registry code 11501136) located at Muru farm, Ohtu village, Lääne-Harju County, Estonia, phone +372 514 1416 and e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Viiskanda OÜ is the controller of the personal data of himmeli.net, the personal data necessary for making payments shall be forwarded to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.
All prices in the Online Store are in euros and do not include VAT, the company is not subject to VAT.
There is no charge for the delivery of the product (s).
Prices are valid from the time the order is placed until the payment deadline of the completed order, normally 24 hours.
The web shop reserves the right to make changes in the sales prices. These changes will be reflected on the website himmeli.net.
Placing an Order
Add the products you want to the cart.
You have two steps to complete your order: Shopping Cart and Checkout. At the Cart, review the products and prices and press “Proceed to checkout”. At the checkout stage, fill in the required fields, select the appropriate delivery method and payment method and press “Pay”.
Payment is made in Euros and can be made by bank link (SEB, Swedbank, LHV, Luminor etc.).
Fill in the fields on the Checkout page carefully, as the accuracy and correctness of the information provided will depend on the prompt and smooth delivery of the products you have purchased and the subsequent resolution of disputes and claims.
Entry into force of the contract of sale
Under the Sales Agreement, the Web Store undertakes to hand over to the Consumer an existing or manufactured Goods and to enable the transfer of ownership to the Consumer, but the Consumer undertakes to pay the Web Store the amount indicated on the Goods invoice and to accept the Goods.
Unpaid orders will be canceled 24 hours after the order is placed.
The Sales Contract shall enter into force after the payment made by the Consumer has been credited to the bank account of the Online Shop.
After the contract of sale enters into force, the Webshop will complete the order and the products will be shipped to parcel machines (Omniva, DPD and Itella SmartPOST) or as Omniva maxiletter. The goods will arrive within 3 business days.
The delivery terms shown on the Website of the E-shop are valid from the moment the order is received in the bank account of the Online Store.
For prompt delivery, care must be taken and true and valid information must be provided when entering the order data when ordering.
The Web Store shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the Goods if the Goods have been delivered to the Logistics Partners in due time, but the Delay in Delivery is due to circumstances beyond the Online Store’s control and foreseeability.
RETURN OF GOODS
How to Return Goods
Returns must be made no later than 14 days after receipt and must be sent to email@example.com.
The consumer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the application or provide proof that he has handed over the goods to the logistics company within this period.
Refund of purchase amount
Himmeli.net shall immediately return to the consumer, but not later than 14 days after receiving the application for withdrawal, all fees received from the consumer under the contract.
The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer, unless the reason for the return is that the item to be returned does not correspond to the order (eg, wrong or defective item).
In which case the right of return will not apply
Only if he has used the item in any way other than that necessary to ascertain the nature, properties and operation of the item. In order to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item, the Consumer should only handle and use the item as permitted in the shop.
If the goods have been used for purposes other than those necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, or if they show signs of use or wear, the Web Store shall have the right to reduce the refundable amount in proportion to the value of the goods.
